2019 was the year during which you could find a McDonald’s Big Mac hiding behind every Whopper displayed elsewhere. And boy, did I inspect some of those ads closely. All but intended by the ad industry and London’s Bartle Bogle Hegarty. Isn’t BBH the ad agency which claims to have discovered that all creatives are black sheep? And made the black sheep their mark signaling: “Eat me I’m a creative.” Hence all creatives have in common that they’re black sheep? What an outrageous impudence!
That same cheekiness that leads to the claim: “Find a Big Mac hiding behind every Whopper you see in a Burger King ad.”
I can’t recall a single incidence in which I would have found a Big Mac hiding behind a Whopper in an ad or billboard. How about you?
