With only one building superseding the European standard five stories, Paris is priceless with its Eiffel tower standing out more prominent both in reality and perception.
If I am not mistaken, the Paris Eiffel tower is also more popular with people around the world, than the super high risers of Dubai and soon Brooklyn.
The Eiffel tower, even though not inhibited, with no rent from tentants to be collected, makes a good enough profit with tourist visitors.
