“So God made a farmer”

February 4th, 2013

farmer

My father Hugh Hicks was a farmer’s son upstate New York and my son-in-law Doug has his mind set on being a farmer, which is why I stand on the shoulders of giant Edward Boches and shout yeah

Learn why Boches chose this to be his favourite Super Bowl ad and who’d done it so it can’t be undone.

Love both, how Harvey and Boches word their thinking.

By default advertising is information and education as much as it is seduction and winning hearts and minds over.

Social creativity is not so much a brave act (in close proximity to being stupid) but a cool calculation for expanding your audience reach and being relevant to more mindsets outside the one your brand owns by definition.

Social creativity is not a brave act, it’s at the core of the business of brands and their supporting agencies.
